Congratulations to Dr. Meza for her SCCAP’s 2024 Early Career Contributions to Diversity Science Award

A big round of applause to Dr. Jocelyn Meza for being awarded the 2024 Early Career Contributions to Diversity Science Award by the Society for Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology (SSCAP) Division 53 of the American Psychology Association.

This spring, Dr. Meza received the Early Career Contributions to Diversity Science Award as recognition for her exceptional contributions to our field through her work examining equitable suicide prevention strategies for diverse communities and sociocultural risk and protective factors associated with self-harm in youth.
